DocuSign wants me to have a Swisscom account?

DocuSign speaks of the requirement to have an "Swisscom account" in an invitation to sign. What is this and how do I get one?

DocuSign invitations speak of the requirement to have a Swisscom account.
Do not mind, while preparing your personal electronic signature certificate and identifying you we are creating your account with us.

So no prior account creation is needed and we will take care of every necessary step to enable your to sign the documents your have been invited to. At a later point or when signing another document you will already be registered with Swisscom and the signing experience will be even more smoother. Because then "you already have an account with us" ;-)
