Incident: Limited Availability of Video Identification and Auto Identification (INTRUM)

Dear customer

Our partner INTRUM has informed us that the Video-Ident- and Auto-Ident procedure is currently only available to a limited extent.
This is due to connectivity issues, which are already being resolved.

We ask our customers to try the process again at a later date if there are any interruptions during the identification process.
