Popular features through the integration of the seal service solution

Pan-European certified solution

By integrating our e-seal solution into your application, you effortlessly meet the EU/EEA and Switzerland legal requirements. Swisscom Trust Services, an accredited certification service provider, is the leading provider of regulated and advanced E-seals according to the Swiss Signature Act ZertES. Additionally, our portfolio includes qualified and advanced electronic seals according to the European eIDAS regulation. Our solution enables organizations to seal confidential documents and contracts with the highest security and reliability, ensuring the digital preservation of their authenticity and integrity.

White-label software

Our innovative seal software offers you a white-label option, allowing you to benefit from our advanced backend technology while showcasing your brand of seal application to your sealing authorities and companies. Our solution can seamlessly adapt to your specific requirements and desired user experience, effectively meeting your customers' needs in the sealing process. You can also integrate your authentication solution and allow for the approval of e-seals.

During an application's sealing process, only the hash value of the respective digital document is sent to Swisscom Trust Services. This approach ensures that Swisscom Trust Services never has access to the content of the digital documents. Also, at the software partner's request, each electronic seal can be combined with a qualified timestamp, providing additional assurance of integrity and authenticity regarding the time of sealing the document.

Audited and standardized

Our auditors continuously assess our processes and systems as an accredited certification service in Switzerland and a trust service provider in the EU. All identification and authorization methods are approved according to the signature level (qualified or advanced) in the legal jurisdictions of Switzerland and the EU. Furthermore, our e-sealing solution complies with the latest international standards, such as ETSI, ISO, RFC, Common Criteria, etc.
