Usability and privacy improvements in the new release

In November, there were two improvements in service:

  • Password entry display in the PWD/OTP procedure has been improved. The buttons have been changed, the SMS sent out now shows the one-time code for input, and the help text has been improved. In particular, it has been pointed out that a forgotten password leads to a re-identification.

  • In the SAN field of the certificate, you can now find the mobile number with which the declaration of will of the signature was made. This mobile number will no longer be written into the field in combination with new customers. Existing customers must submit a short informal application to our Sales Support so that their access to the service can be reconfigured accordingly.
