From 01 January 2023, Mario Voge will lead the Sales Team in his new role as Head of Growth Management and thus also be part of the Executive Board of Swisscom Trust Services AG.
With over 20 years of sales experience in various digital areas and over four years in field sales for Swisscom Trust Services, Mario Voge will be Head of Growth in 2023. He will lead the Growth Managers who acquire new partners and customers internationally for the Swisscom Trust Services and maintain and support the existing customer business.
“We want to continue to grow! The market for online identities and e-signatures is still very young, holds much potential for our leading products, and many processes still need to be digitalized,” says Mario Voge. His task is to exploit the potential and further accelerate growth through a structured and focused market approach.
As a former competitive and ambitious athlete, Mario Voge knows precisely how important it is to be self-critical and constantly reflect on one’s actions. “I like to transfer this mentality to professional life. Listening and learning are essential in my job. You are always surprised by new ideas and projects. And as an ambitious athlete, you naturally want to convince as often as possible and be the winner.”
