What is the setup procedure for a personal signature with Signing Service?

The customer needs to sign a declaration of configuration and acceptance, and the global registration authority must verify it to start the setup. The declaration contains obligations of the signature application provider, e.g., how to display the digital document to be signed, how to secure access to the service and the characteristics of the customer's service.

Another requirement is the customer's access certificate that secures the communication between the signature application and Signing Service. After checking the configuration and acceptance declaration, our setup team receives an order to activate the service with the provided access certificate and its selected specifications.

For qualified signatures, the signing service will be activated initially for advanced signatures. Then, the customer mentioned in the configuration and acceptance declaration must sign with an example advanced signature. If no signing errors occur, the signing service is switched to the qualified signature level, and the customer will receive a notification. From now on, the customer has ten days to send any irregularities directly to our setup team. If they do not receive any complaints during this time, the connection to the service is accepted.
