What happens if I forget my password for the password and SMS code method (PWD/OTP) as signature approval means?
In the password and SMS code method (PWD/OTP), the password and the SMS code form the two factors required as approval means for qualified electronic signature. If you no longer know your password, one of the factors necessary is missing; hence, you can no longer sign electronically. As a result, you need to get identified again and register your new signature approval means for the qualified electronic signature.
You can still use a one-time SMS code with advanced electronic signatures.
