The identification process has gone through, but I still can't sign electronically.

Have you already received an SMS with a link to the terms of use of Swisscom Trust Services, and have you already accepted them?

If you cannot find the SMS, go to the Smartflow website, log in with your mobile number, and try to accept the terms of use there. If this is not possible, repeat the entire process via the link in the confirmation e-mail (sender: Support Trust Services – GSD-TS). In addition, please take a look at your SPAM folder.

If the identification does not work again, ask for a free voucher for a video identification according to the 3-step support or request a refund when paying with a credit card.
