Why are my login credentials to the subscriber application (signature application) and an SMS one-time code insufficient as a 2-factor solution for electronic signing?

The basis of 2-factor signature approval is that both factors are registered in connection with the identification and registration process for the electronic signature, i.e., you cannot choose a password for the electronic signature that is also known by the subscriber application.
