Should I exactly use the identification data for the signature request?
Yes. If you use the surname and given name in the Distinguished Name (DN), it must match exactly the ID data of the presented ID card or passport. Our feature template can help with this. This feature allows us to take over the exact first and last name used during identification in combination with Smart Registration Service (RA Service).

Swisscom can also configure the service in a way that is only a pseudonym. Furthermore, we can also configure the "Common Name" (CN) independent of the ID data in the ID document. In these cases, the RA Service's verification call verifies the registered mobile number during identification and the country. Using the pseudonym in the verify call is independent of using the alias in the signing request call.
