How can I determine if a user uses Mobile ID, password, and SMS code (PWD/OTP) as signature approval?
The so-called “serial” is shown in the Verify Call's returned parameters. If the serial starts with “SAS” (i.e., SASxxxxxxx), the user uses a password and SMS code method (PWD7OTP). The user uses the Mobile ID if the serial starts with “MID” (i.e., MIDxxxxxx). However, it is not possible to distinguish between the Mobile ID app and Mobile ID SIM.
You can use these results to provide supporting texts in your signature application (e.g., forgot password?) to your customers or refer to as signature approval means on the mobile phone.
