An RA agency is a storage area that is associated with a tenant. The tenant is the responsible company concluded in the RA agency contract. The responsible Master RA agent can access this tenant via the RA admin portal and administer and assign any identified person as an RA agent. Please only assign people as RA agents in your RA agency that belong to your company, e.g., via an employment contract.
Suppose a person got identified and registered via another Smart Registration Service identification method. In that case, the Master RA agent can not appoint that person as an RA agent because they are associated with another tenant. I.e., the Master RA agent cannot see the registered person in their RA admin portal. There are two options available on how to assign the already identified person as an RA agent of the company's RA agency:
Option 1: The Master RA agent or another RA agent of their RA agency identifies the person again with the RA app. Then, the Master RA agent can assign the role of the RA agent to the respective person in their RA admin portal.
Option 2: The Master RA agent can contact Swisscom to assign the respective person to their RA agency as an RA agent.
