Can I use other authentication means instead of PWD/OTP, Mobile ID SIM, or Mobile ID app as signature approval means?

Currently, Swisscom offers these standard 2-factor signature approval means. However, we are currently working on extending our offer with mobile number independent methods as soon as we receive the approval of our authorities to comply with all regulations, e.g., Swiss Signature Act ZertES or EU regulation eIDAS.

In addition, we support and accompany our customers in an audit process with our recognized approval authority (KPMG Switzerland) if they wish to use another authentication means solution as their signature approval means. In this case, additional costs will apply.
