As an RA agent, do you activate Mobile ID for the user, or does the user have to do it himself? Where can I find information on the Mobile ID for the users?

The Mobile ID is a personal authentication method to use for signature approval. Therefore, the user can decide on their own if they want to activate their Mobile ID. We recommend activating it before the identification and registration via the RA app or the Smart Registration Services to register Mobile ID as their future signature approval method.
