Temporary restriction of NECT identification service

Our Identity Proofing Service Provider (IPSP) for the identity verification "NECT" is currently reporting a temporary disruption to its service. We are working on a solution.

NECT informed us that the service is up and running again.

NECT has reported new (network) faults that are currently affecting the service.

We would like to provide you with an update onthe current status of our services.

 

Overall, all systems are operational. However,we are still experiencing some limitations, resulting in longer response times.These delays may also result in error codes. The cause of this is apersistently slow network layer, which continues to impact performance.

    • Longer response times may still occur and may result in error codes

We are closely monitoring the situation and willkeep you informed as soon as the situation improves or if there are any newdevelopments
