Status update – Mobile ID/AIS signature malfunction fixed

Dear customer

The fault was rectified at 1.30 pm.
The AIS signature is now working again as expected.

The cause was a major incident at Swisscom Switzerland (AG) with several failures of various applications, which also affected us.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
Please contact us immediately if any irregularities occur again.
