Announcement: Maintenance work on the weekend of 28.03.2026 (catch-up date)

Announcement: This is a catch-up date in case the migration of the weekend of March 07, 2026 cannot take place. Catch-up date: March 28, 2026 between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am the following day, maintenance work will be carried out on AIS (All In Signing) Service.

Impact: Our system will be offline for up to 3 hours during this period.
No signatures can be executed.

Prior to this time frame, the creation of new seals and renewals will be suspended for a period of 5 days. We ask our partners to take precautionary measures.

Note: This release includes a migration of our AIS component which is responsible for the signature process. All functionalities are identical after the migration according to the Integration Guide. No customization is required for our customers.

Necessary actions: We would like to ask our partners to report any unexpected behavior of this service and to check their individual implementations of the service as a result of the maintenance work.
