Why can't I see already identified persons in my RA agency or the RA admin portal?

In the RA admin portal, you can only view the users your “own” RA agents have identified with the RA app. Suppose you cannot find an identified person in your RA agency. In that case, this person is either not yet identified for the electronic signature or has been identified by an RA agent of another RA agency, e.g., in a Swisscom shop or via video identification.
