What do you recommend for signing a document when only one party has QES and the other party signs paper-based?
We recommend that you first apply the handwritten signature, then scan the document (as a PDF) and finally apply the electronic signature.
However, it should be clarified beforehand whether the legal services of the parties involved also accept this. It is essential to keep both versions (the one with the handwritten signature and the electronic version) afterward.
