We have 2 RA agencies, one for our head office and the other for our subsidiary. Can we, as representatives of the whole organization, see both RA agencies?

As a Master RA agent, you will only see the RA agents and users of the RA agency with which you are logged in. The name of the RA agency is displayed at the top right of the RA admin portal. For legal reasons, the two RA agencies must be kept separate.
