What happens if I change my SIM card?
If you use Mobile ID SIM
You can generate a Mobile ID recovery code via your Mobile ID Dashboard. Then, you transfer your Mobile ID to the new SIM card by re-activating your Mobile ID SIM with the newly generated recovery code.
If you use the password and SMS code method
Your signature approval remains if your mobile phone number stays the same, even with a new SIM card.
Suppose you have a new SIM card and a new mobile phone number. In that case, you need to re-register for the electronic signature and accept the terms of use of Signing by setting a new secure password and confirming it with a one-time SMS code sent to your new mobile phone number.
