Is there also personal face-2-face identification available instead of online identification with SRS Ident?

We know that the refund of your purchase could be more satisfying because you like to sign electronically. Many partners offer face-2-face identification at their offices. Please don't hesitate to ask your signing application partner. 

Customers can visit selected Swisscom stores or branches of our partner YLEX in Switzerland. You must take your mobile phone and a valid ID card from the EU/ EEA area or a passport.

As you know, driver's licenses and Swiss foreigner's permits (e.g., B, C, L) are NOT allowed for face-2-face identification.
