I am still waiting to receive a confirmation email. What do I have to do?

After triggering an identification on our online registration portal SRS Ident, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us (sender: “Support Trust Services – GSD-TS”). This e-mail contains a link to repeat the identification free of charge. If you do not find this e-mail, please check the “SPAM” folder in your e-mail box. Perhaps it was mistakenly classified as “SPAM”. Otherwise, there may have been a technical problem. Please ask for a new voucher via the 3-step support.
