I get an error message after the verification call about an unknown person.
The verification call checks if a person is registered in the RA-Service.
What does the following error code occurs mean:

It means that the person is unknown to the RA-Service. The person is probably identified but did not accept the SMS with the terms of use. The person's data will be deleted after a short while (approx. two weeks).
