How do timestamps affect different time zones?
An electronic timestamp stores the timezone in its so-called offset. It means that a signing application provider will display the actual local time zone of the electronic timestamp in the digital document after the signing process of a person.
Additionally the timestamp stores the "Universal Time Coordinated" (UTC) or in earlier days called "GMT" (Greenwich Mean Time) which is shown by some vaidators with the hint to "UTC".
