How do I revoke a person's access to the electronic signature in the RA admin portal if they leave the company?

It is unnecessary to withdraw and archive a user’s authorization to sign electronically in the RA admin portal, as the registration is personal. The person can use their registration with other signature applications of the Swisscom Trust Services partner network.
If you still want to revoke the user’s authorization in the RA admin portal, click on the small red server symbol next to the corresponding user entry. Then the entry will be archived, and the user can no longer sign electronically.
