Do I need a 2-factor signature approval means for advanced electronic signatures?
No. For advanced electronic signature, a one-time code sent via SMS, also known as a one-time password (OTP), is sufficient for approval because there are no legal requirements in the Swiss Signature Act ZertES or EU regulation eIDAS.
