Can I use a landline phone instead of a mobile phone for the SMS reception with the terms of use?

It is impossible because a landline phone can not be associated with only one person. The SMS with the terms of use is intended to ensure that somebody is contacted, that is, without exception, assigned to the person signing the document electronically.
