Are the electronic signatures of Swisscom Trust Services accepted in Switzerland?
The Swiss Federal Electronic Signature Act (ZertES) requires organizations to be accredited as a certification service. The accreditation body KPMG has accredited Swisscom as a certification service provider according to ZertES (Accreditation No. SCESm 0071). Please see our conformity assessment certificate issued by KPMG.
In addition, the Swiss Accreditation Service SAS maintains a list of accredited certification service providers.
