Are the data of EU-authorized and CH-authorized signatories kept separately?

Yes, Swisscom Trust Services distinguishes between signatories who have agreed to the terms and conditions of Switzerland, the EU/EEA, or both. Swisscom (Schweiz) AG processes the data in Switzerland, and  Swisscom IT Services Finance SE in Vienna processes the data for EU/EEA.
