Yes. There is a recovery process for a forgotten Mobile ID Pin available.

If you forgot your Mobile ID Pin for your Mobile ID SIM, you can follow the following steps:

1. Generate a Mobile ID recovery code via your Mobile ID Dashboard 
2. Activate Mobile ID SIM using the generated Mobile ID recovery code from Step 1
3. In the activation process, set a new Mobile ID Pin
4. Please write down the newly generated Mobile ID recovery code and store it safely
