Repeated request to complete the annual eLearning as an RA agent?
I have completed the e-learning for RA agents, but I am still receiving SMS messages requesting that I complete the training.
A Master RA Agent must complete two e-learning courses each year: one for standard RA agents and one for Master RA agents.
This is visible in the RA Admin Tool in the record of the respective RA agent.
