SRS Video Ident CH, in co-operation with our partner Intrum is video identification where a person gets identified in a secure video conference by a video agent. The identification method enables the identification and registration for:
- QES in Switzerland according to Swiss Signature Act ZertES
- AES in EU/EEA according to EU regulation eIDAS.
After successful video identification, a person can sign electronically for up to 5 years without re-registration.
Supported languages of video agents:
- German, English, French, and Italian
Service hours of video agents:
- Mon.-Sat. : 7 am – 10 pm CET
SRS Video EU supports the following ID documents:
- ID cards of EU/EEA belonging to the Schengen area
- all passports
Customers of SRS Video Ident CH require a stable internet connection and a mobile phone with a microphone and camera.
