MobileID Activation on the fly with a Swiss number

While signing with DocuSign and Swisscom you can inflow activate MobileID on you Swiss number for authentication

MobileID and passkey are the two supported authentication-means in the DocuSign signing flow via Swisscom. Many legacy users used to sign with only their Swiss mobile number, a personal password and SMS one-time code. This legacy means is for security reasons no longer supported. Despite passkey being the best and most convenient alternative we offer to onboard via MobileID and continue signing with you phone and number.

Legacy users are automatically on-boarded, while entering their phone number in the MobileID process. Swiss number with a SIM card by a Swiss mobile provider can onboard by activating MobileID on their SIM card. International number, which do not support MobileID activation on SIM (SIM Application) are required to download the MobileID App from the AppStore / PlayStore of their mobile phones operating system.
