Currently, identity verification cannot be performed via our identity verification partner, fidentity, with certain passports.
The following are currently affected:
- Georgian passports
- North Macedonian passports
- Indian passports
This restriction applies exclusively to identity verification processes conducted via
fidentity.
For Georgian passports, the fix is expected to be released with the next update on September 30, 2026.
For North Macedonian and Indian passports, the correction will be included in one of the upcoming fidentity releases.
We will notify you as soon as further information is available.
