Announcement: On the weekend of August 30th, 2025 between 22:00pm and 6:00am on the following day, maintenance work will be carried out on AIS (All In Signing) Service.
This is the alternative date, if the work is not already completed on August 10th, 2025.
Impact: Our system will be offline during this time and no signatures can be executed.
Note: This release includes a migration of our SAS component which is responsible for the password OTP procedure. All functionalities are identical after the migration including specific customizing.
No adaptation is required for our customers.
Necessary actions: We would like to ask our partners to report any unexpected behaviour of this service and to check their individual implementations of the service as a result of the maintenance work.
