Some customers report to us that they have problems receiving their Italian passport or ID card from Italy; the app suddenly closes. However, it does not occur with all customers.
A fix has now been prepared, but the dependency on the hardware used (mobile phone) has not yet been resolved. It is currently being tested and will be installed in approx. 1-2 weeks. People with these problems may need to be identified remotely or visit relevant Swissscom shops.
