Incident with SRS-Video and SRS-Autoident from Intrum

Our Partner Intrum informs us that there are currently problems with the SRS-Autoident and SRS-Videoident processes. Intrum is analysing the cause. We will continue to inform here. 

We ask our customers to try the identification again later.

Update from our partner Intrum on 25/09/2024-9:00

  • IOS: Issue has been found, fix is being implemented and will be passed to QA Wednesday morning for sign off, once it is signed off, new App Version with bug fix will be uploaded to the APP store by Thursday
  • Android: Fix is ready, but needs to be further tested by QA (prio internally increased), no date for release at the moment, will update with release date asap

Update from our Partner on 26/09/2024-9:30

  • IOS: the new IOS App version will be ready to go to App Store in the evening today. After Upload it can also take up to 24hours to be visible for all users in App Store.
  • Android: the fix is ready to be released. New Android APP version will be loaded into APP store today. Please note that it can take up to 24hours for the app to be visible for all users in the App Store.
