Written by Joseph Koenig | Nov 6, 2026, 12:36:49 PM

We refer to our previous announcements regarding maintenance work on AIS (All In Signing) and would like to update you on the current status and remind you of the work.

As previously announced, the scheduled maintenance will take place from 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, through 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 8.

As a precaution, we have set aside the weekend of November 21 as a backup date. This date will only be needed if the work cannot be fully completed on November 7.

Once the work is complete, we will let you know whether the backup date on November 21 will be needed.

For your information:A reminder of the communication from August:

Announcement: Starting the weekend of September 19, 2026, between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following day, maintenance work involving service interruptions will be performed on the AIS (All In Signing) service. If the work cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances,
two alternative dates have been scheduled:

- October 10 during the same time window (with a maximum interruption of 3 hours)

- Backup date: October 24 during the same time window.

- Backup date: November 7, , during the same time window.

Impact: Our systems will be offline for up to 3 hours during the specified time periods.
No signatures can be processed. If the work cannot be completed, maintenance will be rescheduled for the next designated date with the same downtime.

For the maintenance work scheduled for October 10 | (backup dates: October 24 and November 7), the creation of new seals and renewals will be suspended for a period of 5 days. We ask our partners to take precautionary measures.

We will notify you each time of the successful completion of the work and, consequently, that the subsequent dates are no longer required.

Note: This release includes important migrations to our AIS component, which is responsible for the signature process. All functionalities will remain identical after the migration, as described in the Integration Guide. No adjustments are required on the part of our customers.

Required Actions: We ask our partners to report any unexpected behavior of this service to us.
