On March 30, 2026, between approximately 12:25 p.m. and 1:25 p.m., there was a brief partial outage of the AIS Signing Service, which affected the generation of OnDemand signatures.
The service has been fully restored and has been running stably since then.
This status update is being provided retrospectively, as the initial focus was on resolving the incident and conducting an analysis.
