Announcement: On July 15, 2026 , maintenance work will be performed between 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. , which will affect the functionality of the RA app. During this time, a database update for ID documents and security features will take place.
Impact: The RA app will be unavailable during the maintenance work.
Note: This update is being performed in preparation for the next release of the RA app. Separate information will be provided regarding this release.
Required Actions: We ask our customers to perform any identification checks outside of the specified time window.
