The use of the MobileID app outside of Switzerland is now possible instead of PWD/OTP. It is necessary that the person was already identified with an activated MobileID app, thus the first signature (acceptance of the terms of use) was done using the MobileID app. The activation can be done inside of the app or on the mobileid.ch app. Users in Switzerland using the current MobileID SIM applet still will be redirected to this applet even if they activated the MobileID app.
