Interruptions in Smart Registration Service

Update: The interruption in Smart Registration Service have been fixed. Due to a current malfunction, no identifications can be successfully completed via the Smart Registration Service. The identification methods SRS Video (video identification), SRS Bank (identification with German e-banking login) and SRS eID (identification with the German electronic ID card) are affected. We are working at full speed to fix the problem. We will inform as soon as the service is available again.
