Please note that some of our customers are receiving fake e-mails from a "Swisscom billing service" with a cryptic e-mail address containing an "important message regarding refunds". The sender is allegedly a company called Swisscom Trust Services Ltd, at Alpeneggstrasse 10 in Zollikofen. If necessary, please report these emails to your organisation as a "phishing attack" and delete them immediately - under no circumstances should you click on the link for a refund.
