Announcement: On the weekend of January 18, 2026, between 02:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, maintenance work will be carried out on the Signing Services. During this period, the issuance of on-demand certificates (personal signatures) will be unavailable for short periods of 1-2 minutes according to schedule. The services for static certificates (seal certificates) and time stamps are not affected by this maintenance work according to plan. However, seal certificates cannot be re-newed during the maintenance window.
Impact: Short-term service interruption when issuing personal signatures during the maintenance window.
Note: This maintenance work cannot be carried out without interruption, which is why we ask our partners to take this circumstance into account in their processes.
Necessary actions: We would like to ask our partners to report any unexpected behavior of this service and to check their individual implementations of the service as a result of the maintenance work.
