2022-12-16 Problems with Video- and Autoidentification in Switzerland

We have an increased volume of complaints due to identifications for Switzerland not being completed with our partner INTRUM. We are currently investigating the irregularities and will rectify the problem. Identifications are either delayed or people receive refunds.
