We have received several reports of SMS delivery problems to foreign providers. In the Mobile ID context, this currently concerns the Austrian company Drei and the Romanian company RCS RDS. In the case of the latter, it was confirmed that the provider is currently actively blocking SMS delivery. The recommendation is to use PWD/OTP or to change providers.
