There are currently hick-ups with the video identification via identity.tm/IDNow - we recommend to use NECT auto ident instead. UPDATE: We expect that the service is available again on Thursday morning. UPDATE Aug. 4th, 2022: The communication channel is restored. Video identification should work as foreseen again.
