Zurich, Switzerland - February 20, 2024 - Swisscom Trust Services AG today announces a change in leadership: Nik Fuchs will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer effective March 2024.
.Fuchs has decided to step down after a year of personal health challenges that have led him to prioritize his health and family. Fuchs expresses his gratitude for the support and collaboration with partners, customers, stakeholders and colleagues throughout his tenure, emphasizing their passionate commitment to the company's vision and success.
Peter Amrhyn, currently Deputy CEO and Chief Technology Officer & Head of Delivery at Swisscom Trust Services AG, will assume the position of CEO as of March 1, 2024. With his many years of experience,comprehensive expertise and specialist knowledge, Amrhyn is ideally positioned to lead Swisscom Trust Services AG into an exciting next phase of innovation and growth.
