Dear customer

In connection with **unusual external access to our systems**, the services were switched to an alternative operating environment as a precautionary measure.

During this switchover, there were short-term **restrictions in the connection to Mobile ID** and **delays in processing**.

The situation has now stabilized. All services are available again **without restrictions and with high performance**.

We thank you for your understanding.
